You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use this website:

• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising (spam)

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website or our services to anyone at any time for any reason.

We sell physical products including books, plants and orgonite items. Product availability, prices and descriptions may change at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian
   
• Agree to provide accurate and complete information
   
• Authorise us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount
   

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion
   
• Limit or prohibit orders that appear to be fraudulent or suspicious

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the product type.

• Books and orgonite items are typically shipped within 7-10 days.
   
• Plant products may require special handling and are only shipped to approved regions. We do not take responsibility for customs or quarantine restrictions. If you purchase plants or plant products from this site and are from outside Australia your order will likely be cancelled and a full and immediate refund provided.
   

Shipping delays, losses or damages caused by couriers are outside our control, but we will assist with claims where possible.

Due to the nature of our products:

• Books: Refunds or exchanges are available if the book is damaged on arrival or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
   
• Plants: Live plants cannot be returned. If a plant arrives dead or severely damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours and we will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution. This may take the form of replacement plant OR refund OR anything else we agree to.
   
• Orgonite: Returns accepted within 14 days if the item is returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
